Robot monorail PS100

4 axis robot composed of a carriage translating on rails on the ground, a strong central column and a telescopic arm gripper, can palletize the most different products (boxes, bags, cans and other) thanks to the grippers tailored to each application .

The robot can be equipped with rollers, catenaries and automatic pallet warehouse for the automatic feeding of empty pallets and the automatic discharging of full pallets.
The machine management and implementation of programs of work (forming) is extremely simple and, after installation of the system, does not require the presence of the technicians of the manufacturer.

It differs from the other palletizers for:

1) The modularity of the ground track that allows to have a length configurable according to the needs.
2) The strength of the structure that makes it suitable for heavy work.
