Rotary ring winding machine for pallets avvolgiemnto with high speed extensible polyethylene. The machine is realized from two steel columns on which is housed the rotating ring. The ring is characterized by double chains, and the speed of rotation, such as that of ascent and descent, is controlled with dedicated inverter.
The ring in rotation are housed in addition to the stretch film reel also the two stretching rollers that are linked only by a fixed ratio which can vary the sprockets.
The motorization of the stretch group is placed on the fixed structure of the machine.
The cutting gripper and the welding of the polyethylene at the end of the cycle takes place on contrast teflon coated to prevent contact with the soldering iron with the surface of the pallet.
