GEM X360
GEM X360 semiautomatic taping machine which seals with adhesive tape the top and bottom of the boxes of American-type variable.
The taping machine is shown closing boxes and high court as the drag is measured by four belts, two upper and two lower, horizontal and parallel to the working plane. Absolutely innovatico and patented is the use of a single motor which drives the four drive belts at the same time allowing a uniform and stable feeding of the boxes. The Speed of the upper and lower belts is in fact mechanically identical.
The upper taping group is equipped with a patented system that allows, by means of a pneumatic device, to predetermine the weight that will weigh on the box. The machine is complete with a locking device via mechanical arms cardboard side.
